What a good way to start 2016.
The weather was perfect for our beginner sailors, not too hot, not too windy, definitely not wet, and not crowded either. Grace, Megan, Alan, Judy, William, Jonathon Matt, Susan, Robert, Ben and Alyssa were all able to have a pleasant time on the water. Our two new helpers today, Jim and Joshua were also able to have a leisurely time learning and practising their skills, and we were able to give an opportunity for people who feel they need an extra bit of practice, plenty of chance to do this.
Our most exciting bit of news today is that Juliette, who has been doing her Power Boat Training log hours with us over the last few months, has her Power Boat License. This means that she can slowly progress to her Support Boat Training.
Helpers today were: Peter, Helene, Michael, David Gr, Jannie, Ted, Barbara, Helen, Ralph, Ken, John, Denis, Ray, Mal, Jack, Jim, Ivan, David Go, Jackie, Juliette, Jay and Vince.
