Our way of saying thanks to all of our volunteers, as well as to family carers, our sponsors, and our host club was to hold a dinner in their honour. We were thrilled that the weather held beautifully for us, allowing us a lovely warm, calm, quiet evening at Manly Yacht Club, with that gorgeous scenery off the veranda.

The perfect dinner was cooked by Craig, with dessert by Jacie, served by ourselves, with the lovely Louisa and Andy in the bar.

Photo of Eli Highlight of the evening was the presentation of Volunteer of the Year to Alan Bimson, who has worked tirelessly, for very long hours, to put our training videos on line.

We also sadly said good-bye to Judy, who is leaving us soon for family on far flung shores. It will be very hard to fill her very capable shoes, and we will be missing her skills and lovely manner for a long time to come.
